Youth Law

Youth law is a delicate area where the best interests of the child are always at the heart of decisions. Our team intervenes in cases under the Youth Protection Act, as well as in criminal cases involving adolescents under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. We support young people, their parents, and relevant stakeholders with empathy, discretion, and rigor. Our lawyers work closely with families, DYPs, schools, and social services to ensure that each child's rights are respected and that fair and appropriate solutions are implemented.

Using a human approach focused on the specific needs of each young person, we represent our clients before juvenile courts and ensure their rights are protected at often critical times. We also intervene in cases of placement, reporting, protective measures, or family reintegration.
